I recently went to this clinic for a lip consultation and unfortunately the appointment did not meet my expectations at all.
I had clearly stated from the start that I only wanted 1 ml of hyaluronic acid for my lips to build up some volume. Instead of responding to this, however, the doctor repeatedly tried to recommend further treatments such as Botox in the forehead, a brow lift, treatment of the frown lines and correction of the corners of the mouth - even though none of this had anything to do with my original wish.
When I mentioned that I was afraid of Botox (I honestly just said that because I didn't want it), I was told instead that hyaluronic acid was „more dangerous“ and that vascular occlusion was „much more common“. To me, this didn't seem like neutral advice, but rather an attempt to dissuade me from my desired treatment and talk me into something else.
I also found the repeated argument that it was about „symmetry“ to be an attempt at upselling. There is no such thing as perfect symmetry in anyone - and I only wanted to have my lips treated.
In the end, I decided not to have the treatment because I didn't feel that my wishes were taken seriously or respected. Especially as a younger person who doesn't yet have any wrinkles and doesn't want Botox, I found the consultation inappropriate and not customer-oriented.
I really would have chosen this clinic if I had simply been offered the treatment I wanted. Instead, this appointment put me off completely - and I then went to another clinic.

I can only warmly recommend Dr. Veronica Kiriak! She is an incredibly warm-hearted, smart and extremely well-read doctor who knows exactly what she is doing. Her work is impressive, she manages to positively change the appearance in a way that looks absolutely natural. The before and after effects are really hard to believe, and at the same time you always have the feeling that you are in the best hands with her. An absolute top doctor with an incredible aesthetic flair!

For me, Dr. Evgeny is the best doctor at Beauty to go. I've been there twice now for Botox and I was super happy with the results. I've been having Botox since I was 29 years old, so for 4 years now, and I've been to various practitioners for this treatment. I think it's extremely important that a doctor has a knack for beauty, which Dr. Evgeny definitely has. That's why I only have Botox with him
