After completing his state examination in human medicine and his doctorate at the University of Bern, our doctor Slavko is currently deepening his knowledge with a second doctorate in natural sciences at the University of Bern.

His research focuses on the reduction of scar tissue, in particular collagen type 3, which is formed after tendon injuries in the musculoskeletal system as a result of various biological processes and mechanical influences. This expertise in the regulation of collagen is also of central importance in aesthetic medicine, as a balanced collagen level is the key to youthful and firm skin.In addition to his scientific activities, he works as a junior doctor in orthopaedics and traumatology at a hospital in Bern. Slavko has also been involved in top-class sport for many years, both as a coach at national level and in providing medical advice to athletes. He successfully combined his passion for sport and medicine in a further training course in sports nutrition. He also works as a lecturer at various institutions, including a university of applied sciences (HF) and a university of applied sciences, where he teaches students anatomy, physiology and pathology.
