With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich, Luana brings not only academic knowledge but also a rich multilingual flair in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French and English. Her recent roles as Front Office Manager and Business Manager are testament not only to her leadership and organizational skills, but also to her genuine passion for her work. In her spare time, Luana enjoys painting, writing poetry and going to the gym! Luana's unique blend of skills and warmth leaves a positive impression on all of us.
