So you look exactly how you feel on your big day
Most brides start with Pinterest boards, dress fittings and location scouting. And at some point, there comes that moment when you ask yourself:
What am I actually doing with my skin?
Maybe you know this too. You want to look fresh, relaxed, just yourself. But in the best version. And at the same time, you're a little afraid of doing something wrong. Of not being able to tolerate a treatment. Or suddenly getting skin problems just before the wedding.
The good news is that if you know when to do what, the whole thing becomes pretty relaxed.

When should I start?
The honest answer: better too early than too late.
Many treatments need time to look really good. And even more importantly, you want to have enough leeway to try things out without pressure.
A good timetable looks something like this:
- Six months in advance, you can start relaxed with the first treatments
- Fine-tuning starts one to three months beforehand
- In the last week, you only do things that you know and love
12 to 6 months before
The phase in which you can try things out
This is the moment when you find out what is really good for you.
Incidentally, one of the most common concerns is right here:
What if I can't tolerate something?
And that's exactly why this phase is so important. Your skin has enough time to calm down and you can take your time to see what works for you.
Treatments that really make sense now
Skinbooster and mesotherapy
Perfect if you want that natural glow. Your skin is hydrated from the inside out and simply looks fresher. This builds up step by step, so it's worth starting early. Find out more about mesotherapy.
Profhilo
Many people love it because their skin simply looks „better“ afterwards, without being able to say exactly why. Firmer, smoother, fresher.
It is only important that you do the two sessions in good time so that the full effect can unfold. Find out more about Profhilo.
Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are biostimulants and therefore help to stimulate your natural collagen formation and make small wrinkles disappear. They therefore help your skin to regenerate itself. Especially great if your skin reacts quickly to stress or looks a little tired and you are struggling with fine lines. Learn more about polynucleotides.
PRP
Also known as the Vampire Facial. Here, your own blood plasma is processed and used for skin renewal. Here too, it's better to start early so that you can really see the effect. Find out more about PRP.
3 to 1 month before
Now it's all about the details
This is the phase in which many people get nervous.
Should I still have Botox?
Are fillers too risky?
The short answer: No, if you time it right.
Botox and filler without stress
Botox takes a little while to take effect. You can usually see the results after one to two weeks.
That's why about a month in advance is ideal. That way you still have enough time if you want to make any adjustments.
Filler you can see immediately, but sometimes there are small swellings. They go away quickly, but you don't want to see them in your wedding photos.
Here too, three to four weeks apart is perfect.
This is very important and often underestimated:
If you've never done this before, make sure you test whether you like the „look“ of Filler & Botox beforehand, because you don't want any surprises before your big day.
1 week before
Nothing new now, please. Here is one of the most important rules of all.
If you're unsure whether you should do something, the answer this week is almost always: rather not. New treatments can bring little surprises. And that's exactly what you want to avoid.
What's good for you now
Gentle glow treatments
Moisture, moisture, moisture
Anything that soothes your skin.
Less is often more. If possible, avoid highly irritating ingredients such as strong exfoliants and highly irritating retinol.
What helps against stressed skin shortly before the wedding?
Almost every bride knows this. A pimple suddenly appears shortly beforehand. Or the skin simply goes crazy. This is often due to stress. And yes, it's completely normal.
Things that really help
Try to get enough sleep. Your skin will immediately show how well you've slept.
Drink enough water. Sounds banal, but it makes a huge difference.
Touch your face as little as possible. Especially when you're nervous, this can happen quicker than you think.
Stick to your routine. Now is not the time for new products.
And perhaps the most important thing: don't put yourself under pressure. Your skin doesn't have to be perfect.
The biggest mistake many people make
Postpone everything until the last moment. Then suddenly everything is quickly tried out. New treatments, new products, new routines. And that's when it gets stressful. If you start early enough, you can sit back, relax and just know what works for you.
And in the end?
It's not about looking completely perfect.
It's about looking at yourself and thinking: That's exactly how I want to remember it.
If you take the pressure off and give yourself enough time, the glow will come all by itself.
